Jim Vogt<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jim is a dynamic, adaptive executive and has been in the San Francisco Bay Area working both in public and private technology companies since 1985. He has focused on enterprise software and has spent most of his career in networking, security, storage, and compute infrastructure. As infrastructure became virtualized and transitioned to the cloud, he built enterprise software-based businesses in including security, cloud-based and hosted infrastructure (IaaS), software defined data center (SDDC), containers, and micro services. Most recently he was engaged with a start-up in Data Science leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He has successfully built and turned around businesses, created sustained growth and taken share in a mix of market conditions. He has raised over $140M in private capital and has executed on both the buy and sell side of acquisitions. Most notably, he held CEO roles at Ingrian Networks (acquired by SafeNet) Trapeze Networks (acquired by Belden) and built Blue Coat\u2019s Cloud based security business (acquired by Broadcom).
Jim holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Nevada and an MBA from Santa Clara University, where he is active as a mentor\/advisor for their Bronco Venture Accelerator (BVA).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Michael D. Krause<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Michael D. Krause is a security expert, leader, logistician, and former soldier. His background includes military service in two wars across four continents and participation in five contingency operations. Dr. Krause is an experienced business executive with a focus on security, strategy, and supply chain. He is the Founder and Chairman of Krause Recreation, Inc. (KRI), and also serves as Chairman of SecureChain. He also founded SecureChain-SeaDefense, LLC and currently serves as its Chairman.<\/p>

His experience is threefold: military service in two wars across four continents and five contingency operations; enterprise-level entrepreneurial leadership in multiple organizations focused on security and strategy; and teaching and training in strategic security planning, operations, communications, negotiations, and leadership development for military, industry, and academic institutions.<\/p>

Born in Voodburg The Hague, Holland, Dr. Krause earned a B.A. in History from Norwich University in 1964. He holds both a Master\u2019s degree and a Ph.D. from Georgetown University and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Dr. Krause served in various assignments, holding command and staff positions in Vietnam, the United States, and Europe. His command roles included leading the 19th Maintenance Battalion, V Corps, in Giessen, West Germany. He also served as Chief of Logistics Plans for the 22nd Support Command in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, during the First Persian Gulf War.<\/p>

He specialized in German history and operational-level warfare, and taught subjects including military history, strategy, and logistics at the U.S. Military Academy and the National War College. At the National War College (Fort McNair, Washington, D.C.), he served in the Joint Science Department. Following this, he was Vice President of Military History and Deputy Commander of the U.S. Army Military History Center in Washington, D.C., and worked at the Center for Consolidated Analysis at the Strategic Logistics Agency. Dr. Krause retired from the Army in 1992 with the rank of Colonel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

After completing his military service in the Turkish Naval Forces and successfully finishing his training in various areas of specialization, he became a consultant and strategist specialized in international security and defense. He has applied his deep expertise in military defense, cybersecurity, border and field security across a wide range of domains including international and military logistics, strategic partnerships, regional development, infrastructure, and construction projects. In these areas, he has served as a consultant and senior expert analyst in numerous countries.
In 2016, he founded Sea Defense Consulting Company, which quickly gained a strong position in the international security and defense ecosystem. In the same year, he partnered with Dr. Michael D. Krause (Colonel, U.S. Army, Ret.) to merge their activities under the U.S.-based SecureChain\u2013SeaDefense, LLC. Through this structure, the company began providing consulting, training, and strategic solutions on a global scale to military institutions, public authorities, and the private sector.
Today, as the Co-Founder and CEO of SecureChain\u2013SeaDefense, LLC, Enver Atik leads with an international vision that shapes the security strategies of institutions worldwide.

Interior Architect and Designer Ms. Alara Atik graduated from Yeditepe University\u2019s Interior Architecture undergraduate program. Simultaneously, she is pursuing a second major in the International Trade and Logistics undergraduate program at Anadolu University. In 2017, she studied foreign language at Regent\u2019s University in London.
In 2023, she received a Certificate in U.S. Political Institutions: Congress, the Presidency, the Courts, and Bureaucracy from Harvard University. She also holds a certificate in Cybersecurity Fundamentals from Johns Hopkins University and a certificate in Planning for Climate Change in African Cities from the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa and has many more professional certifications.
Alara Atik is a Management Consultant at Sea Defense and plays a critical role in the company\u2019s activities in the scope of international security, defense industry, logistics, management and strategic trade. In this role, she directs the company\u2019s strategic planning, focusing on global security policies, military and civil defense systems, risk analysis, and international logistics operations, while collaborating with international organizations and private sector actors. She provides consulting on topics such as establishing strategic partnerships in the global security and scope of defense, improving supply chain security, and developing logistics processes.
With both her academic knowledge and her experience in the international field, she continues to work in different but complementary fields such as design, defense industry, national security, border security and logistics. Alara Atik has been working as Enver Atik\u2019s management consultant on international security matters since 2019.

Dr. David Cook, MD is a general surgery specialist and Director of Surgical Education in Providence St Vincent Medical Center (Portland, Oregon) who has over 38 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Oregon Health And Science University School Of Medicine in 1984. He is a member of several organizations, including the North Pacific Surgical Society, Portland Surgical Society and the Oregon College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Medical Association and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is mentor of medical students, surgical residents and junior staff.<\/p>

Dr. Cook focuses on colorectal cancer, hernia repair and diseases relating to the gallbladder and thyroid. He has seen and participated in the remarkable laparoscopic techniques and instrumentation throughout his career.
